No vehicle shall remain in a parking space or other designated area in excess of any stated period of time on a sign posted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. A vehicle shall be considered in violation of this section if that vehicle has not been moved at least 100 feet from that parking space or designated area during the stated period of time, or if the vehicle is moved to within 100 feet of that parking space or designated area within 24 hours. A violation of this section shall be a traffic infraction. (Ord. No. 2016-34, § 2, 8-8-2016)
