The finance director shall cooperate with and participate on an as-needed basis with a permanent statewide sales and use tax committee convened by the Colorado Municipal League which is composed of state and municipal sales and use tax officials and business officials. The committee will meet for the purpose of discussing and seeking resolution to sales and use tax problems which may arise. (Code 1979, § 36-53)
