It shall be unlawful for any person to interrupt or molest the engineer or his or her assistants while engaged in his or her official duty or to move or displace any stake or other landmark fixed or determined by him or her or his or her assistants or willfully to cause or offer any kind of corporal injury or hindrance to the engineer or his or her assistants. (Code 1979, § 34-20)
