The license required under this division, when issued, shall show upon its face the name of the applicant, his or her residence or business address, the date of issue, the fact that the license fee has been paid, the fact that the license entitles the licensee to engage in the business of construction within the right-of-way of the City, and the correct endorsements. Licenses and endorsements shall be in effect for one year after date of issue. The contractor shall notify the chief building official within ten days of any change in information shown on the license. (Code 1979, § 34-42)
