The holder of a public right-of-way contractor's license shall be licensed to perform all types of concrete construction, replacement or repair of all types of concrete work that is in or will be in the public right-of-way; all types of asphalt construction, replacement or repair of all types of asphalt paving that is in or will be in the public right-of-way; all types of excavation work, including but not limited to water mains, sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer mains, underground TV cable lines, water or sewer service lines, petroleum transmission lines and natural gas lines that will be placed in the public right-of-way; all types of grading and earthwork, including fills, embankments, subgrade preparation and gravel base course construction, that are in or will be in the public right-of-way.
