All contractors operating in the public right-of-way within the city will meet the current standards as set forth by the following organization and act as amended from time to time: Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, part P, subparagraph 1926.650—653, adopted May 28, 1974, or latest revision thereof, by OSHA.
