(a) The fees charged for inspection and the permit for construction in the public right-of-way are to be set by the City's administrative fee schedule.

(b) The inspection fees will entitle the contractor to all necessary inspections for the proposed work. However, whenever two or more callbacks are required because the proposed work is not ready for an inspection or is in any manner incorrect, an additional inspection fee to be set administratively shall be paid prior to a reinspection. The fees shall be doubled if it is determined that work has been done without first obtaining a permit. (Code 1979, § 34-48)
