Hours of operation under this article shall be established for collection and trash hauling in residential, commercial and industrial areas by the director of neighborhood services. It shall be unlawful to collect or haul trash except during those times as established by the director of neighborhood services. (Code 1979, § 40-75; Ord. No. 99-07, § 12, 3-29-1999)
