(a) It shall be unlawful to deposit garbage, rubbish or debris in any alley, street, gutter, ash pit, vacant lot or place other than as prescribed in this article.

(b) It shall be unlawful to deposit in or litter any street, gutter, alley or public place with garbage, rubbish or debris, sod, earth, sand, gravel, concrete or any other construction or waste materials. (Code 1979, § 40-21; Ord. No. 99-07, § 8, 3-29-1999)
