(a) It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any premises to conduct a garage sale for more than 72 consecutive hours and to conduct more than four garage sales per calendar year, per address.

(b) Garage sales shall be conducted in the garage or yard of the owner or occupant. Items shall not be placed on any right-of-way or in any manner that may impede traffic or impair traffic visibility.

(c) Garage sale items placed outside shall be removed and stored in an enclosed structure by sunset of each day. (Code 1979, § 32-46)
