(a) The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this subsection, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Garage sale means a sale of used personal property belonging to the owner or lessee of the premises or in conjunction with neighbors.

(b) A garage sale shall be allowed when conducted in conformity with this article. The property upon which a garage sale is to be conducted shall be the primary seller's premises. (Code 1979, § 32-44)
