Sec. 106-94. Meetings, quorum, officers.

(a) Regular and special meetings. Regular meetings of the board of adjustment and appeals shall be held once each month at a date and time set by the board of adjustment. Special meetings may be held at the call of the chairperson or vice-chairperson at a date and time set by the board.
(b) Quorum. Three members shall constitute a quorum.
(c) Officers. At the first regular meeting of each calendar year, the members shall elect one of their members to serve as chairperson and one as vice-chairperson. The members shall elect such other officers as it deems necessary to transact business. (Code 1979, § 8-19)
