3-19 Council membership rules.

The mayor shall be a member of the Council and shall be subject to all the rules and regulations governing councilmembers. The Council shall be the judge of the election and qualifications of its own members, subject to judicial review. (Ord. No. 87-202, § 19, 11-3-1987)
