Municipal elections shall be governed by the Colorado Municipal Election Code or the Colorado Uniform Election Code, as now existing or hereafter amended, except as modified by City Code. The council may use the registration lists as prepared and purged by the respective county clerks, and all electors who are registered in accordance therewith shall be entitled to vote at all city elections.
