The municipal corporation heretofore existing as a city of the second class in the Counties of Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas, State of Colorado, and known as the City of Aurora, shall remain and continue as a body politic and corporate under this Charter with the same name and boundaries until changed in a manner authorized by law.
